不同产地秦皮干皮的多元统计分析质量评价研究

Study on the Quality Evaluation of Dry Cortex of Fraxini Cortex from Different Producing Areas by Multivariate Statistical Analysis

目的基于多元统计分析方法比较陕西与河南产秦皮干的质量。方法采用《中国药典》2015年版浸出物测定方法及HPLC法测定秦皮中秦皮甲素和秦皮乙素的含量,并运用成组t检验、聚类分析、Pearson相关性分析和主成分分析等统计学方法分别对两产地的秦皮中浸出物、秦皮甲素和秦皮乙素进行分析。结果两产地间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);以主成分分析中,排在前列的依次为陕西产的5号、4号和12号样品,综合得分分别为1.839、1.401和1.124。结论结果表明两产地的质量均一性好,以综合得分作为质量评价指标,陕西产地的5号、4号和12号样品质量更优。

OBJECTIVE To compare the quality of Qinpi in trunk between Shaanxi and Henan based on multivariate statistical analysis.METHODS The contents of leachate of Qinpi was determined using method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(published in 2015).And HPLC method were used to determine the content of aesculin and esculetin in Qinpi.Then group t test,cluster analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)were employed to analysis.RESULTS There was no significant difference between the two producing areas(P>0.05).In the PCA,the top ranked samples were No.5,No.4 and No.12 produced in Shaanxi,and the comprehensive scores were 1.839,1.401 and 1.124 respectively.CONCLUSION The results show that the quality uniformity of the two producing areas is good,and the comprehensive comprehensive score is used as the quality evaluation index.The samples of No.5,No.4 and No.12 in Shaanxi origin are better.
