摘要
目的高效液相色谱法测定五味子中6种合成色素(新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、诱惑红、酸性红、赤藓红)。方法比较按1.4项样品前处理方法(方法:Ⅰ)、五味子检验国家补充批件检验方法(2007014,方法:Ⅱ)、GB 5009.35-2016聚酰胺吸附法(方法:Ⅲ)和过合成着色剂专用检测小柱法(方法:Ⅳ)4种不同的前处理方法,通过高效液相色谱法测定合成色素的含量。结果文中方法Ⅰ和方法Ⅳ回收率均较好,平行样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)值更小,明显优于其他2种前处理方法。结论实验中按照文中方法Ⅰ进行前处理,回收高,成本低。
OBJECTIVE To determine six synthetic pigments in Schisandra chinensis by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).METHODS According to item 1.4 sample pretreatment method(method:Ⅰ),schisandra inspection national supplementary batch inspection method(2007014,method:Ⅱ),GB 5009.35-2016 polyamide adsorption method(method:Ⅲ)and over-synthetic colorant special test Column method(method:Ⅳ)4 different pretreatment methods,four different pretreatment methods were compared,and the content of synthetic pigments was determined by HPLC.RESUL TS The recoveries of methodⅠand method Ⅳ were better,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)values of parallel samples were smaller,which was significantly better than the other two pretreatment methods.CONCLUSION The pretreatment in the experiment according to the method Ⅰ in the article has high recovery and low cost.
