摘要
为提高三软煤层煤巷大断面掘进速度,针对三软煤层煤巷快速掘进作业线设备配置及支护工艺存在的问题,以口孜东矿111307工作面机巷为例,分析了煤巷综掘工作面快速掘进的诸多影响因素,以及软岩巷道变形破坏特点,研究了掘、支、运3大工序对大断面煤巷快速掘进的影响,对3大工序之间进行了优化配置,改善了辅助运输模式。结果表明,煤巷月单进水平提高了45%,实现了三软煤层煤巷快速掘进施工与支护技术新突破。
In order to improve the driving speed of coal roadway with large section in three soft coal seams,aiming at the problems in the equipment configuration and support technology of the fast driving operation line of the coal roadway in the three soft coal seams,111307 working face of Kouzidong Mine was taken as example,the influencing factors of fast driving of coal roadway integrated excavation face and failure characteristics of soft rock roadway were analyzed,the effects of mining,supporting and transporting to fast driving were studied and optimized.The results showed that the monthly single-entry level of the roadway was increased by 45%,which achieved a new breakthrough in the construction and support technology of rapid mining in three soft coal seam.
