摘要
针对煤矿开采中采空区密闭效果不理想的问题,探讨了密闭墙的性能要求,并详细分析了当前井下常用的密闭材料和密闭形式的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了适应顶板变形的柔性密闭原理,并研发了以超高水材料为主的充填密闭墙构筑技术。在邢东矿1127工作面的现场应用表明,该技术工艺简单,施工结束3个月后,密闭墙完好,表面无开裂,密闭墙以里的CO浓度为零,取得了理想的密闭效果,可为自燃、高瓦斯矿井的采空区密闭提供借鉴,推广应用前景广阔。
In view of the problem that the sealing effect of goaf is not ideal in coal mining,the performance requirements of the sealing wall were discussed,and in detail the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used sealing materials and sealing forms were analyzed.On this basis,the principle of flexible sealing to adapt to roof deformation was put forward,and the construction technology of closed wall filled with super high water material was developed.The application in the 1127 working face of Xingdong Mine showed that the technology was simple.Three months after the completion of construction,the sealed wall was in good condition without cracks on the surface,and the CO concentration in the sealed wall was zero.The ideal sealed effect was obtained,which can be used for reference for the sealing of goaf in spontaneous combustion and high gas mines,with a broad application prospect.
