界面阻聚剂对悬浮聚合PVC树脂聚集态的影响

摘要 本文研究了醇胺种类和用量对悬浮聚合PVC树脂皮膜结构及聚集态的影响。实验结果表明:醇胺结构中的氨基和羟基使其具有阻聚剂和表面活性剂的双重作用;乙醇胺比三乙醇胺的阻聚效果更强;随着醇胺的增加,PVC树脂的初级粒子粒径减少、吸油率增加,当添加量达到0.15%时,裸露的初级粒子开始减少,皮膜增多,多细胞结构增多,而表观密度、颗粒粒径、分子量和热稳定性变化不大。 In this paper,the effects of alcoholamines on the pericellular membrane structure and agglomeration morphology of suspension polymerization PVC resin were studied.The results show that the amino group and hydroxyl group make the alcohol aminesnot only apolymerization inhibitorbut also asurfactant during suspension polymerization.The inhibiting polymerization activity of ethanolamine is stronger than triethanolamine.With the increase of alcohol amine additives,the primary particles decrease,and thecold plasticizer absorptionincreases.When the amount of alcohol amines increases to about 0.15%,the exposed primary particles decreased,the membrane increased,and the multi-cell particles increased.The apparent density,resin particle size,the molecular weight and thermal stability of PVC resin remain unchanged.
