摘要 目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定蔷薇红景天中络塞维、络塞琳和络塞定含量的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱仪,以ACQUITY BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%的磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃,进样量:1μL,检测波长为210 nm。结果络塞维、络塞琳和络塞定分别在15.00~330.00、4.70~103.40、55.00~1210.00μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9999。平均回收率分别为101.38%、101.21%、101.73%(n=6),RSD值分别为2.61%、2.86%、2.54%。结论建立的方法可以用于蔷薇红景天的质量控制。 objective To establish an Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of Rosavin,Rosarin and Rosiridin in Rhodiola rosea L.Methods UPLC was performed with ACQUITY BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)as the chromatographic column and methanol-acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase for gradient elutionwith a flow rate of 0.2 mL·min-1,column temperature:30℃,injection volume:1μL,detection wavelength at 210 nm.Results Rosavin,Rosarin and Rosiridin showed good linear relationships at 15.00~330.00,4.70~103.40,and 55.00~1210.00μg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9999,0.9998,and 0.9999.The average recoveries were 101.38%,101.21%,and 101.73%(n=6),and the RSD values were 2.61%,2.86%,and 2.54%,respectively.Conclusion The established method could be used for quality control of Rhodiola rosea L.
