摘要
为研究富硒黑木耳含片的制作方法,试验选用富硒黑木耳、5年生长白山人参、桔梗作为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验方法,考察了含片的物料休止角、造粒效果以及硬度对原料和辅料的添加比例进行试验,得出富硒黑木耳含片的原辅料配比,并用分光光度法得出富硒黑木耳含片的总硒含量。结果表明:富硒黑木耳含片的原辅料添加量为富硒黑木耳23.38%,桔梗6.68%,人参3.34%,甘露醇37.5%,葡萄糖13.5%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15.5%,硬脂酸镁0.1%,含片的总硒含量37.966μg/g。
In order to study the preparation process of selenium-enriched fungus buccal tablets,selenium-enriched black fungus,five-year-old Changbai Mountain Ginseng and platycodon grandiflorum were used as raw materials,and the ratio of raw materials and the types of added excipients were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The amount of addition was analyzed,and the ratio of raw materials and auxiliary materials of selenium-containing fungus buccal tablets was obtained,and the total selenium content of selenium-enriched fungus buccal tablets was obtained by spectrophotometry.The results showed that the additive amounts of raw materials and auxiliary materials were:selenium-enriched black fungus 23.38%,platycodon 6.68%,ginseng 3.34%,mannitol 37.5%,glucose 13.5%,polyvinylpyrrolidone 15.5%,magnesium stearate 0.1%,the total selenium content of the tablets was 37.966μg/g.
