“一带一路”倡议下高职院校来华留学生跨文化适应性研究

On the Cross-cultural Adaptability of Foreign Students in Higher Vocational Colleges of China under the Belt and Road Initiative

通过问卷和访谈,从心理适应、学业适应、社会文化适应等方面对高职院校来华留学生的跨文化适应性进行了调查,针针对存在的问题,提出通过营造良好氛围改善留学生心理适应,重视留学生教师队伍建设、完善管理,帮助留学生社会文化融合等措施,提高留学生的跨文化适应性。

Through the open questionnaire and interviews,this paper discusses the cross-cultural adaptability of international students in higher vocational colleges from such aspects as psychological adaptation,academic adaptation and sociocultural adaptation.In view of the existing problems,it comes up with some corresponding measures,such as paying attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling,strengthening the construction of teachers’team to improve teaching management,and helping international students to integrate into Chinese social culture,etc.,with a hope to improve the cross-cultural adapt-ability of foreign students in China.
