AI背景下英语专业人才培养模式及路径探索研究

Research on the Training Mode and Path of English Majors under the Background of AI

本文以英语专业学生作为研究对象,对AI大背景下英语人才培养模式及路径探索进行实证调研。了解英语专业人才的主要就业方向及各大高校现有的英语专业人才培养模式,研究英语专业人才培养方案的合理性及其不足性,后根据研究所得出的培养"5C人才"目标理念,提出英语专业新型人才培养方案,以应对人工智能背景下英语专业学生面临挑战和机遇。

Taking English majors as the research object, this paper makes an empirical research on the cultivation mode and path of English talents under the background of AI. To understand the main employment direction of English major talents and the existing training mode of English majors in colleges and universities, study the rationality and inadequacy of the training scheme for English majors, and then, according to the target concept of cultivating "5 C talents" obtained from the research, a new talent training scheme for English majors is proposed to cope with the challenges and opportunities faced by English majors under the background of artificial intelligence.
