摘要
本文重点分析了当下0-3岁早教教师专业发展的困境,认为其存在职前教育不足,职后教育良莠不齐,整体师资待遇偏低等问题。在此基础上,分别从职前、职后、机构及个人层面提出多项提升0-3岁早教教师专业素养的策略。
This paper mainly analyzes the dilemma of the professional development of early education teachers at 0-3 years old, and thinks that they have the problems of insufficient pre-service education, mixed good and bad post-service education and low overall teacher treatment. On this basis, this paper puts forward several strategies to improve the professional quality of teachers aged 0-3 years from pre-service, post-service, institutional and personal levels.
