摘要 随着教育现代化进程的不断推进,混合式教学模式不仅创新了农业院校大学英语课程教学方法,也使得教师角色发生了巨大转变。教师不再是传统的教书匠,而是具有提供信息资源、引导自主学习、参与教学活动、开展教学评价、疏导情感问题等多种能力的服务者。为此,"互联网+"时代的农业院校大学英语教师应当充分发掘多方面角色,积极提升自身信息素养,更新教学理念与方法,提升科研能力,以期能有效促进教学改革,培养合格的农业院校复合型人才。 With the continuous advancement of educational modernization, the blended teaching mode not only innovates the teaching methods of college English in agricultural colleges, but also makes great changes in the role of teachers. Teachers are no longer traditional teachers, but service providers with the ability to provide information resources, guide autonomous learning, participate in teaching activities, carry out teaching evaluation, and dredge emotional problems. Therefore, the English teachers in agricultural universities in the Internet plus era should fully explore various roles, actively improve their information literacy, renew teaching concepts and methods, and enhance their scientific research ability, so as to effectively promote teaching reform and cultivate qualified talents in agricultural universities.
