职业院校加强思政育人的新思路

On the New Ideas of Strengthening Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges

职业教育作为高等教育方式之一,肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的重要职责。近年来随着我国对职业教育的重视和职业院校办学特色的显现,职业院校人才培养质量不断提高。开展职业教育,不能缺少思想政治教育的正确引导。新时代为职业院校加强学生思想政治教育提出了新的要求。本文从职业院校思想政治教育现状入手,提出了把握机遇、迎接挑战、创新新时代学生思想政治教育工作的新思路。

As one of the ways of higher education, vocational education shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating diversified talents, inheriting technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship. In recent years, with the emphasis on vocational education and the characteristics of vocational colleges, the quality of talent training in vocational colleges has been improved. To carry out vocational education, we should not lack the correct guidance of Ideological and political education. The new era puts forward new requirements for vocational colleges to strengthen the ideological and political education of students.Starting from the current situation of Ideological and political education in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward new ideas of seizing opportunities, meeting challenges and Innovating Ideological and political education of students in the new era.
