翻转课堂运用于高校健美操教学的可行性探寻

在高校健美操教学方法改革中,如何因地制宜、顺应科技发展、针对个性特征比较明显的00后这一"后浪"授课对象,是高校健美操教师不容小觑的问题。鉴于此,文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与实地参与式观察法,并且整合自己的一线教学经历,解析了翻转课堂的内涵与价值,进而尝试性在PEST理论框架下,剖析了在高校健美操教学中纳入翻转课堂的政治、经济、社会与技术可行性,尝试性对高校健美操教学中纳入翻转课堂的操作方略进行了架构,以期推进翻转课堂融入高校健美操教学,促进高校健美操教学质量、教学方法的优化。
