摘要 在高校健美操教学方法改革中,如何因地制宜、顺应科技发展、针对个性特征比较明显的00后这一"后浪"授课对象,是高校健美操教师不容小觑的问题。鉴于此,文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与实地参与式观察法,并且整合自己的一线教学经历,解析了翻转课堂的内涵与价值,进而尝试性在PEST理论框架下,剖析了在高校健美操教学中纳入翻转课堂的政治、经济、社会与技术可行性,尝试性对高校健美操教学中纳入翻转课堂的操作方略进行了架构,以期推进翻转课堂融入高校健美操教学,促进高校健美操教学质量、教学方法的优化。 In the reform of aerobics teaching methods in colleges and universities, how to adapt to local conditions, conform to the development of science and technology, and aim at the "after wave" teaching object with obvious personality characteristics, is a problem that college Aerobics teachers should not underestimate. In view of this, this paper uses the methods of literature, logical analysis and field participation observation, and integrates their own teaching experience, analyzes the connotation and value of flipped classroom, and then tentatively analyzes the political, economic, social and technical feasibility of bringing flipped classroom into college Aerobics Teaching under the framework of pest theory In order to promote the integration of flipped classroom into college Aerobics Teaching, and to promote the optimization of teaching quality and teaching methods of college Aerobics.
