信息化环境下高职生职业规划能力提升研究

Research on the Promotion of Vocational College Students’ Career Planning Ability under the Information Environment

高职大学生职业规划能力普遍较低,从职业规划能力的内涵出发,分析高职大学生职业规划能力的现状,结合信息化手段的特点,从在线课程建设、校园文化建设、校企合作融合等方面着手探讨提升高职大学生职业生涯规划能力具体的措施。

Vocational college students’ career planning ability is generally low. Starting from the connotation of career planning ability, this paper analyzes the status quo of vocational college students’ career planning ability, and discusses the specific measures to improve the vocational college students’ career planning ability from the aspects of online course construction,campus culture construction, school enterprise cooperation and integration, etc.
