中医类专业农村订单定向生培养现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Training Rural Order Oriented Students Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:通过调查中医类专业农村订单定向班学生在学习状况、就业意向等方面的情况,为提升农村订单定向生免费培养政策的实施效果提供可靠依据。方法:对广西中医药大学2017级、2018级中医类专业农村订单定向班的学生进行问卷调查和分析。结果:免学费并且工作有保障是吸引学生就读的主要原因,一部分学生专业思想不够牢固,只有少数人打算在合同期满后继续留在农村工作。结论:农村订单免费定向生培养的政策具有很强的针对性,但须在多方面加强配套措施。

Objective: To provide a reliable basis for improving the implementation effect of free training policy for rural order oriented students by investigating the learning status and employment intention of rural order oriented students in traditional Chinese medicine specialty. Methods: questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted among the students of grade 2017 and grade 2018 in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. Results: tuition free and job security are the main reasons to attract students to study. Some students are not strong enough in their professional ideas, and only a few intend to stay in rural areas after the contract expires. Conclusion: the policy of free training of rural order oriented students has strong pertinence, but we should strengthen the supporting measures in many aspects.
