摘要
目的:研究贵州鲜铁皮石斛粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分成空白对照组、铁皮石斛剂量组和环磷酰胺免疫抑制模型组,经口灌胃连续30 d。末次给药24 h后,分别测定白细胞数、免疫器官脏器指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、抗体生成细胞数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力和NK细胞活性。结果:贵州鲜铁皮石斛粉具有增强免疫力功能作用。结论:贵州鲜铁皮石斛粉在细胞和体液免疫功能、NK细胞活性三个方面均可以增强机体的免疫系统功能。
Objective:To study the effect of fresh dendrobium candidum on immune function in mice.Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups: Control Group, Dendrobium Officinale Dose Group and Cyclophosphamide immunosuppressive model group. The number of leukocytes, the index of immune organs, the proliferation of Spleen lymphocyte, the number of antibody producing cells, the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages and the activity of NK cells were measured 24 hours after the last administration.Results:The powder of Dendrobium candidum in Guizhou has the function of enhancing immunity.Conclusion:In this study, fresh dendrobium candidum from Guizhou can enhance the function of immune system in cell and humoral immune function and NK cell activity.
