加味当归补血汤对糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮功能及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction on Vascular Endothelial Function and Immune Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者采用加味当归补血汤治疗效果及对血管内皮功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:将97例糖尿病肾病患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组48例接受传统西医西药治疗,观察者49例加用中医加味当归补血汤治疗,观察两组患者效果及对血管内皮功能、免疫功能的影响。结果:观察组空腹血糖、HbAlc水平低于对照组,观察组Scr、24hPRO、VEGF低于对照组,Ccr高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均低于对照组,CD8+高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:加味当归补血汤能显著降低血糖水平,改善患者肾功能及血管内皮功能,增强机体免疫功能,控制疾病进展,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction on vascular endothelial function and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods:97 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into three groups: the control group received 48 cases of traditional western medicine and the western medicine was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus Danggui Buxue Decoction. The effects of the two groups on vascular endothelial function were observed. The impact of immune function. Results:The levels of fasting blood glucose and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The Scr, 24 hPRO and VEGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the Ccr was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were lower than the control group. Group, CD8^+was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction can significantly lower blood sugar level, improve renal function and vascular endothelial function, enhance immune function and control disease progression, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
