义乌红糖中微量元素的测定与补血相关性分析 被引量:2

Determination of Trace Elements in Yiwu Brown Sugar and Analysis of Its Relativity to Blood Tonic

摘要 目的:测定50份义乌红糖和10份外省红糖样品中镁铁铜锰锌5种微量元素的含量及探讨微量元素与红糖补血药效的关系。方法:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定。结果:红糖富含5种微量元素,回收率在94.6%~104.7%之间,RSD在1.0%~4.2%之间;义乌红糖的镁、铁和锰元素含量,分别是外省红糖的9倍,3倍,2倍多。结论:相较于外省红糖,义乌红糖微量元素含量更高,具有更高的营养价值,为探讨红糖中微量元素的含量与补血药效的相关性提供科学依据。 Objective: Determination of the content of trace elements,Mg,Cu,Mn,Fe and Zn in 60 sugar samples and to explore the relationship between trace elements and efficacy. Methods: Yiwu brown sugar of Mg,Fe,and Mn content werehigher,the rate of recovery was 94.6%~104.7%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.0%~4.2% under the optimal conditions. Conclusion: Yiwu brown sugar of Mg,Fe and Mn contents were higher, nine times, three times and two times that of sugars in other province respectively to provide scientific basis for the correlation of content and effect of trace elements for blood tonic.
