摘要
深穿透射孔不能同时满足高孔密射孔的要求,为追求穿透深度要使用大能量射孔弹而忽略孔密要求,反之要追求高孔密则影响穿透深度指标。起下两次管柱重复射孔,虽然在一定程度上增大泄流面积,但降低施工时效;且两次射孔不能达到均匀布孔的效果,影响套管安全性。同层啮合射孔技术,可在一趟管柱中实现两次同层射孔,实现射孔既深穿透又高孔密的目的,均匀布孔,提高泄流面积和作业时效,提高油气井产能,为薄互层等非均质储层开采提供新的思路。
Deep penetration perforation cannot meet the requirements of high hole density at the same time.In order to pursue penetration depth,it is necessary to use high-energy perforating charge at the expense of hole density.Otherwise,the pursuit of high hole density will affect penetration depth,which can not be achieved at the same time.Although the discharge area is increased to a certain extent,the efficiency of construction is reduced,and the effect of uniform hole arrangement cannot be achieved by two times of perforation,which affects the safety of casing.The technology of meshing perforation in the same layer can achieve two times of perforating in the same layer with one trip string,realize the purpose of perforation with deep penetration and high hole density.This technology improves the discharge area,operation efficiency and the productivity of oil and gas wells,provides a new idea for the exploitation of thin interbed and other heterogeneous reservoirs.
