Under the background of accelerating the policy of“Digital China”and“Modernization of Chinese Education 2035”,China’s digital literacy education is imperative, and its integration with traditional subjects is becoming a new trend.Based on the perspective of foreign language teachers’teaching, this paper discusses the ways and methods of the organic integration of digital literacy education and foreign language education from the two aspects of teaching content and teaching methods,so as to realize the comprehensive promotion and coordinated development of students’digital literacy and foreign language literacy. In terms of teaching content, combining with the digital ability integration model, this paper focuses on the objectives and themes in foreign language learning, and integrates the basic skills, application strategies and thinking attitudes in digital literacy. In terms of teaching methods,we advocate the way of“bidirectional transfer”and“dual practice”.Meanwhile,as subjectival mediation of integration of both sides, foreign language teachers should speed up the process of“digital localization”,improve their digital literacy in an allround way,and make it creatively transformed in the practice of foreign language teaching.
