摘要
以杂交晚稻品种桃优香占和泰优390为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的多效唑(MET)、烯效唑(S3307)、脱落酸(ABA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、生长素(2,4-D)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、膨大剂(CPPU)、赤霉素(GA 3)浸种对机插杂交晚稻秧苗素质的调控规律。结果表明:MET、S3307、2,4-D和CPPU均提高了水稻幼苗的叶龄;MET以及适宜浓度的6-BA、GA 3和ABA能够增加水稻秧苗的绿叶数;适宜浓度的MET、S3307和6-BA降低了两个品种的苗高,但显著增加了茎基宽、秧苗鲜质量和干质量;适宜浓度的MET、S3307、6-BA和GA 3能增加秧苗的白根数和总根数;除ABA外,各调节剂处理均能提高水稻秧苗的干质量和鲜质量;茎基宽与绿叶数、叶龄、秧苗干质量间,白根数与总根数、绿叶数、秧苗鲜质量间,秧苗干质量与鲜质量间存在显著或极显著的正相关关系,而叶龄与苗高、白根数呈显著负相关。总之,MET、S3307和6-BA这3种调节剂能够提高桃优香占与泰优390的秧苗素质,其中MET 200~500 mg/L处理、S3307500 mg/L处理以及5 mg/L 6-BA处理的调控效果较好。
The hybrid late rice varieties Taoyouxiangzhan and Taiyou 390 were used as the test materials.The effects of soaking seeds with different concentrations of MET,S3307,abscisic acid(ABA),naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA),auxin(2,4-D),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),bulking agent(CPPU)and gibberellin(GA 3)on the quality of machine-planted hybrid late rice seedlings were studied.The results showed that MET,S3307,2,4-D and CPPU all increased the leaf age of rice seedlings.MET,appropriate concentrations of 6-BA,GA 3 and ABA could increase the number of green leaves of rice seedlings.The appropriate concentration of MET,S3307 and 6-BA reduced the seedling height of the two varieties,but significantly increased the stem base width,seedling fresh quality and dry quality.Appropriate concentrations of MET,S3307,6-BA and GA 3 could increase the number of white root and the total number of roots seedlings and promote the growth of roots.With the exception of ABA,the treatment of each regulator could improve the dry and fresh quality of rice seedlings.There was significant or extremely significant positive correlation between stem base width and green leaf number,leaf age and dry mass of seedling,between white root number and total root number,green leaf number and fresh mass of seedling,while there was significant negative correlation between leaf age and seedling height and white root number.In summary,the three regulators MET,S3307 and 6-BA could improve the seedling quality of Taoyouxiangzhan and Taiyou 390,and 200~500 mg/L treatment of MET,500 mg/L treatment of S3307 and 5 mg/L treatment of 6-BA were better.
