摘要
文章针对某款国Ⅵ排放轿车在起燃状态下的抖动现象,通过建立基于动力总成的6自由度模型,分析了发动机、变速器及减振器间的刚体模态;通过建立多坐标下的静力学模型,迭代分析悬置受力情况。通过分析起燃工况下俯仰模态的变化,寻求影响起燃工况的抖动因素,进而通过优化悬置的力-位移曲线改进起燃工况抖动性能。
Aiming at the light off idle vibration for a vehicle with China Ⅵ emissions standard,a 6 degree of freedom( DoF) analytical model is built to analyze the rigid body modes between the engine,gearbox and shock absorber. Moreover,a multi-coordinate statics force modal is established to analyze the mount’s nonlinear force by iterative calculation. A key factor is found to solve the vibration performance by analyzing rigid body pitch mode. The idle performance is improved by optimizing the mount’s force-displacement curve.
