摘要
某乘用车在全负荷加速过程中车内出现异响,降低了整车NVH的品质。文章基于实车试验结果确定了产生异响的激励源,并建立了包含动力总成、悬置和副车架的仿真模型。通过对比零件仿真和试验模态结果验证了模型的有效性;确认了引起车内异响的模态原件。根据实测的NTF,结合仿真得到了全负荷加速时下拉杆悬置动态支反力,计算得到了车内声压曲线;依据分析结果提出了优化方案并进行装车试验,使车内异响得到了明显改善。该研究方法可以针对异响问题快速定位问题零件,缩短此类问题的解决周期。
The abnormal noise occurred in a passenger car during acceleration at full load reduces the NVH quality of the vehicle.Based on the actual vehicle test results,the excitation source for the abnormal noise is determined.A simulation model including powertrain,suspension,and sub-frame is established.The validity of the model is verified by comparing the results of part simulation and test modal;the original modal that causing the abnormal noise in the car is confirmed.According to the measured NTF,combined with simulation to obtain the dynamic support reaction force of the pull-down rod suspension during full load acceleration,and calculate the internal sound pressure curve;based on the analysis results,an optimization plan is proposed and the vehicle is tested,and the abnormal noise in the vehicle is significantly improved.The research method in this paper can quickly locate the problematic parts for abnormal noise problems and shorten the period of solving such problems.
