Research on Improvement of Wave Deformation of Tailgate Outer Plate

尾门外板上段与下段搭接处因整形量过大,板料走料不均,影响零件的表面质量。文章通过实际案例介绍了一种常见的产品设计缺陷,并通过AutoForm软件对工艺方案进行成形性分析,找出最优的工艺方案,消除了外板件面品波浪缺陷,并为后续零件设计及工艺设计提供指导。

The overlap between the upper section and the lower section of the tailgate outer plate is too large due to the amount of shaping and the uneven sheet material,which affects the surface quality of the parts.In this paper,a common product design defect is introduced through actual cases,the formability of the process plan is analyzed through AutoForm software,the optimal process plan is found,the wave defect of the outer plate surface is eliminated,and guidance for subsequent part design and process design is provided.
