基于宏程序下型腔类零件的加工方法探究

主要研究在手工编程方式下利用宏程序对平面类直壁型腔零件进行加工,如何通过宏程序进行分层的方法,每层如何进行螺旋下刀且减少空刀时间,由浅入深的介绍平面零件的粗加工及精加工的手工编程方法,并介绍利用手工编程的宏程序的优势。

This article mainly studies the method of using a macro program to process flat straight-wall cavity parts in manual programming and introduces manual programming methods for roughing and finishing of flat parts with examples.And the advantages of using manual programming macro program.are set forth in this paper.
