摘要
通过建立不同长细比的冷弯薄壁圆钢模型,研究不同长细比冷弯薄壁圆钢承受轴向载荷时的力学响应,比较各自情况下受轴压作用时的屈曲载荷。基于通用有限元软件Ansys对模型进行参数计算验证,结果表明在构件边界条件相同时,随着构件长细比的提升其临界载荷呈现出缓急缓三级下降趋势;钢管两端增强约束能显著提高构件的临界载荷。提出的理论算法与数值计算结果基本一致,验证了结果的准确性,给出了具体建议,对工程应用具有参考价值。
The research on the critical load of cold-formed thin-walled round steel is one of the hot spots at present.In this paper,through the establishment of different slenderness ratio of cold-formed thin-walled round steel model,the mechanical response of different slenderness ratio of cold-formed thin-walled round steel under axial load is studied,and the buckling load under axial load is compared.Based on the general finite element software ANSYS,the model parameters are calculated and verified.The results show that:under the same boundary conditions,with the increase of slenderness ratio,the critical load presents a three-stage downward trend;the reinforcement constraint at both ends of the steel tube can significantly improve the critical load of the component.The theoretical algorithm proposed in the literature is basically consistent with the numerical calculation results,which verifies the accuracy of the results,and gives specific suggestions and provides reference for engineering application.
