健胃益脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及对患者胃蛋白酶原的影响

Effect of Jianwei Yipi decoction on treating chronic atrophic gastritis and its influence on pepsinogen

目的:研究健胃益脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效及对患者胃蛋白酶原等的影响。方法:选取96例CAG患者纳入本次研究。入选患者按随机数字表法均分后分别纳入常规组与观察组,常规组给予摩罗丹治疗,观察组给予健胃益脾汤治疗;治疗3个月后,观察两组患者胃镜下病理积分、胃炎分期评分、肠化生分期评分、中医证候积分、实验室指标的变化情况。结果:治疗前两组患者各项中医证候积分、病理萎缩与IM积分、OLGA、OLGIM评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医主症:胃痛、胃脘痞闷与次症纳差、反酸、大便异常、倦怠乏力积分,胃窦大小弯、胃体大小弯、胃角病理萎缩与IM积分,OLGA、OLGIM评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:健胃益脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,能够改善患者病理评分,缓解患者临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianwei Yipi decoction in the treatment of Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its effect on the pathological score of patients.Methods:96 patients with CAG were included in this study.The patients were divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to the random number method.The conventional group was treated with Moluo tablet,and the observation group was treated with Jianwei Yipi decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the changes of pathology score,gastritis staging score,intestinal metaplasia score and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups.Results:No statistical differences were found in TCM syndrome scores,pathological atrophy,IM scores,OLGA and OLGIM scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the main TCM symptoms of the patients in the two groups were stomachache,epigastric pain,poor appetite for secondary diseases,acid reflux,abnormal stools,fatigue and fatigue scores,large and small gastric antrum curvature,large and small gastric body curvature,pathological atrophy of gastric angle,and IM scores.OLGA and OLGIM scores were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianwei Yipi decoction has an accurate and ideal therapeutic effect on chronic atrophic gastritis,which can more effectively improve the pathological score of patients and alleviate the main symptoms and secondary syndromes of patients.
