逐瘀消癥方治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对患者细胞凋亡蛋白和雌、孕激素受体表达的影响

Curative effect of Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction on uterine fibroids and its effect on apoptotic protein and estrogen and progesterone receptor

目的:探讨逐瘀消癥方治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者细胞凋亡蛋白和雌、孕激素受体的影响。方法:将98例子宫肌瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为两组各49例,对照组予以米非司酮片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上应用逐瘀消癥方,疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗前后子宫体积、肌瘤大小、子宫动脉血流动力学指标;并比较两组血清性激素、细胞凋亡蛋白和雌、孕激素受体水平与两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后子宫和瘤体均小于对照组(P<0.05);子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)高于对照组(P<0.05),收缩期峰值流速(PSV)低于对照组(P<0.05);血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、Bcl-2、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),Bax水平高于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:逐瘀消癥方可降低性激素水平,改善子宫血流动力指标,有助于缩小肌瘤体积和子宫体积,其机制可能与调节细胞凋亡蛋白和雌、孕激素受体有关。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction on uterine fibroids and its effect on apoptotic protein and estrogen and progesterone receptor.Methods:98 patients with uterine fibroids were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each group of 49 cases,the control group was treated orally with Mifepristone tablets,the treatment group was treated with Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Uterine volume,fibroid size and indicators of uterine arterial hemodynamics before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Levels of serum sex hormones,apoptotic proteins and estrogen and progesterone receptors were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also compared.Results:After treatment,the uterus and tumor in the treatment group were smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of uterine artery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the peak systolic velocity(PSV)was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum LH,FSH,estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),Bcl-2,estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of Bax were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Zhuyu Xiaozheng decoction can reduce the level of sex hormone,improve the uterine hemodynamic index,and help reduce the volume of fibroids and uterus.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of apoptotic protein and estrogen and progesterone receptor.
