Moscow Sun Yat-sen University’s Wall Newspaper and Its Influence on CCP’s Propaganda Work

莫斯科中山大学的墙报是校党支部局机关报,它由墙报委员会管理,在制度设计、日常管理等方面均按联共党报“不仅是集体的宣传员和集体的鼓动员,而且是集体的组织者”的要求进行。墙报是中大政治生活的重要载体,党支部局对墙委和墙文均有细致的管理,它也因此成为解释党的政策和决议最得力的工具。在中共早期,尤其是苏区时期,中大归国干部积极将中大宣传工作经验应用于全党并予以改造,推动全党改变重组织、轻宣传的思想观念;推进普及墙报,努力改进党报工作,使中共的宣传工作呈现新的面貌。

Moscow Sun Yat-sen University’s wall newspaper was the organ newspaper of School Party Branch Bureau.It was administrated by the wall newspaper committee.In the aspects of system design,daily management and so on,it followed the requirements’of the CPSU(Bolshevik)’s Party newspaper,which was‘Not only the collective propagandist and collective agitator,but also the collective organizer’.The wall newspaper was one of the important carrier of Moscow Sun Yat-sen University,and School Party Branch Bureau given organization communication and mobilization function to the wall newspaper,which made it became the most important and powerful tool of explaining the Party’s policies and resolutions.In the early period of CCP,especially in the Soviet Area,the returned cadres of Moscow Sun Yat-sen University actively applied the publicity work experience to the whole Party and reformed it,promoting the whole party to change the ideology of reorganizing organization and neglecting propaganda.Promoting the popularization of wall newspapers and strive to improve the work of Party newspapers,which made the propaganda work of CCP take on a new look.
