特厚煤层综放工作面智能化开采研究与实践 被引量:20

摘要 在智能化综放开采技术领域,同忻煤矿在自动化割煤、支架自动跟机、自动放煤以及智能控制等特厚煤层大采高综放智能化方面进行了积极探索,将SAC电液控制系统应用于8309智能化综放工作面,并通过设置不同的参数实现支架的自动跟机以及邻架、隔架、成组操作的控制;结合同忻煤矿的特厚煤层地质条件,利用行程传感器及时间控制实现了支架自动放煤。通过编辑采煤机的22种自动割煤状态和调节自动化参数,可实现采煤机自动割煤,应用SAP泵站控制系统可实现对泵站的控制,同时搭建集控中心,可实现对工作面设备的远程控制及一键启停。通过对8309智能化综放工作面与8307综放工作面进行的比较分析,发现智能化综放开采在围岩耦合、回采率、设备维护、人员配置及劳动强度等方面具有明显优势。 In the field of intelligent fully mechanized caving mining technology,Tongxin Coal Mine had actively explored the intelligent technology in fully mechanized caving face with large mining height in extra thick coal seam,such as automatic coal cutting,automatic support following,automatic caving and intelligent control.SAC electro-hydraulic control system was applied to 8309 intelligent fully mechanized caving face,and the support automatic following and the control of adjacent frame,separated frame and group operation were realized by setting different parameters.On the basis of the geological conditions of the extra thick coal seam in Tongxin Coal Mine,the automatic top coal caving by the support was realized by using the travel sensor and time control.By editing 22 kinds of automatic cutting state of shearer and adjusting automatic parameters,the automatic coal cutting of shearer was realized.The SAP pump station control system was used to control the pump station,and the centralized control center was built to realize the remote control and one key start-stop of the equipment at the working face.The comparison between 8309 intelligent fully mechanized caving face and 8307 normal working face showed that intelligent fully mechanized caving mining had obvious advantages in many aspects,such as surrounding rock coupling,recovery rate,equipment maintenance,personnel allocation and labor intensity.
