差错管理氛围与矿工心理安全行为的关系研究

Research on relationship between error management atmosphere and miners'psychological safety behavior

心理安全行为在矿工工作态度与工作积极性方面发挥着重要作用,对引导矿工做出安全行为、减少安全事故具有重要意义。为提高矿工的心理安全行为,结合自我决定理论、心理资本理论、组织支持理论,笔者从组织层面的差错管理氛围视角出发,引入个体层面的安全心理资本为中介变量,利用Amos7.0软件对山西省4大煤矿的303份有效问卷进行结构方程模型检验,深入研究了差错管理氛围对矿工心理安全行为的影响机制。实证研究表明:煤矿企业差错管理氛围显著正向影响矿工心理安全行为;矿工安全心理资本在差错管理氛围对心理安全行为的影响关系中发挥部分中介作用。

Psychological safety behavior plays an important role in the miners'work attitude and enthusiasm,and had great significance to guide miners to make safe behaviors and reduce safety accidents.In order to improve the psychological safety behavior of miners,the author introduced safety psychological capital of individual level as the intermediary variable by combining with self-determination theory,psychological capital theory,organizational support theory and the perspective of error management atmosphere of organizational level.Using AMOS7.0 software,303 valid questionnaires of four large coal mines in Shanxi province were tested by structural equation model,and the influence mechanism of error management atmosphere on miners'psychological safety behavior was deeply studied.The empirical study showed that the error management atmosphere had a significant positive impact on the psychological safety behavior of coal miners,the safety psychological capital of coal miners played a partial intermediary role in the influence of error management atmosphere on psychological safety behavior.
