大柳塔矿掘进面多级除尘工艺改进及实践 被引量:1

摘要 随着煤矿机械化程度进一步提升,机械设备功率逐步加大,截割煤体、岩体过程中产生粉尘逐步增加,给员工身体健康带来危害。以大柳塔煤矿双巷掘进工作面为研究对象,制定了由KCS-700D湿式除尘风机、机载控尘系统和局部通风机供风的综合除尘工艺。新工艺系统使得作业点处的总粉尘除尘率提高到90%~95%,呼吸性粉尘除尘率提高到80%~85%,同时还减轻了传统降尘工艺给员工带来的劳动强度。 With the further improvement of coal mine mechanization,the power of mechanical equipment is gradually increased,and the dust generated in the process of cutting coal and rock mass gradually increases,which is harmful to the health of employees.Taking Daliuta Coal Mine double-roadway driving face as the research object,the multistage comprehensive dust removal technology was adopted in the driving face,forming a combined system of KCS700D wet dust removal fan,onboard dust control system and local fan.The new technology system could increase the total dust removal rate to 90%~95%and the respirable dust removal rate to about 80%~85%.At the same time,it also could reduce the labor intensity brought by the traditional dust removal process.
