“双一流”战略为高校图书馆发展提出了更高要求。上海大学图书馆读者中心、资源建设中心、信息服务中心三个主体业务部门配合学校发展战略,实施了一系列转型实践,如整馆外包、读者决策采购、RFID密集库建设、电子数据迁移合作保存、成立写作中心等,并在实践中探索创新,为高校图书馆服务转型提供参考。
