高校图书馆助力“双万计划”的实践与探索

The Practice and Exploration of University Library's Assistance to“Double Ten Thousand Plan”

“双万计划”鼓励支持高校在服务国家和区域经济社会发展中建设一流本科专业,“分‘赛道’建设”原则给地方新建本科院校带来了发展机遇。地方新建本科高校图书馆应强化资源建设这个核心职能,面向专业负责人、应用型科学团队、应用型教学团队、学生等不同对象进行针对性资源建设,狠抓资源建设“建、管、用、评”四个环节,以助力“双万计划”实施。

The“Double Ten Thousand Plan”encourages and supports universities to build first-class undergraduate majors in the service of national and regional economic and social development,and the“sub track”construction principle brings opportunities to the development of local newly-built undergraduate universities.Local newly-built university libraries should strengthen the core function of resource construction for different users,such as professional leaders,application-oriented scientific teams,application-oriented teaching teams and students,and pay close attention to the four links of“construction,management,use and evaluation”of resource construction,so as to help the implementation of the“Double Ten Thousand Plan”.
