Exploration and Practice of Real Library under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

党的十九大决定实施乡村振兴战略。乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的重要任务,也是传承中华优秀传统文化的基础条件。乡村文化振兴必须切实提升农民的科学文化水平和思想道德修养。为破解农村读者阅读困境,文章提出引入真人图书馆的举措,就真人图书志愿者的征集与甄选、真人图书馆运行及其可持续发展进行探索。

The 19th National Congress of CPC decided to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The revitalization of rural culture is an important task of rural revitalization,which is the basic condition of inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture.The revitalization of rural culture must promote the scientific and cultural level and ideological and moral cultivation of farmers.In order to solve the reading difficulties of rural readers in China,this paper puts forward the measures of introducing the real-person library,and discusses the recruitment and selection of volunteers for the real-person library,the operation of the human library and the sustainable development of the human library are discussed.
