PVP对聚合诱导自组装PAA-b-PSt嵌段共聚物粒子的影响

摘要 利用聚合诱导自组装(PISA)方法在醇水混合溶剂中制备了聚丙烯酸-b-聚苯乙烯(PAA-b-PSt)嵌段共聚物胶束粒子。结果表明,添加聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)可以有效调节聚合物胶束粒子的形貌和尺寸;凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)表征发现聚合过程有着良好的可控性;透射电子显微镜(TEM)和动态光散射(DLS)表明通过在体系中添加PVP可以使体系中球形胶束基本消失;当PVP添加质量分数为5%时,可以将体系中粒子全部转变为多孔球,并且乳液具有良好的稳定性;当PVP添加质量分数为10%时,体系中粒子均为囊泡结构,但乳液稳定性差。随着PVP含量的增加,所制备的粒子直径增大。 PAA-b-PSt block copolymer vesicle particles were prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization induced self-assembly(PISA)in alcohol-water mixed solvent.The morphology and size of the particles were effectively adjusted by adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP).The polymerization process characterized by GPC had good controllability.The morphology,particle sizes and particle sizes distribution of the block copolymer particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and dynamic light scattering(DLS).The results showed that the spherical micelles in the system could basically disappear by adding PVP to the system.When 5%PVP was added,all particles in the system could be transformed into porous spheres,and the emulsion had good stability.When 10%PVP was added,the particles in the system were vesicles,but the emulsion stability became poor.As the content of PVP increased,the diameter of the prepared particles became larger.
