摘要
利用反应加工工艺将苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体(SBS)和不同用量的溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)共混制备SBS基热塑性弹性体材料,对制备的材料进行性能研究。结果表明,随着BIIR用量的增加,胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和硬度等出现了轻微下降,材料的磨耗体积增加;SBS/BIIR热塑性弹性体在保持SBS力学性能的同时,显著提高了材料的摩擦系数。
In this paper,SBS-based thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by blending styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer(SBS)with different parts of brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)by reactive processing technology.The results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and hardness of the compound decreased slightly with the increase of BIIR fraction,and the wear volume of the compound increased.Meanwhile,compared with SBS,the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient of the blend increased significantly.The mechanical properties of SBS/BIIR thermoplastic elastomer were not significantly reduced,but the friction coefficient was significantly increased.
