吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔效果研究

Study on the effect of stapling and external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids

目的探究吻合器痣上黏膜环切钉合术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月间本院收治的120例混合痔患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行常规外剥内扎术治疗,观察组行PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗。对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、肛门功能恢复时间以及治疗疗效。结果观察组患者的手术时间与对照组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、肛门功能恢复时间短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率86.67%(52/60),对照组治疗总有效率为66.67%(40/60),观察组高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔效果明确,患者术后恢复快,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)combined with external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and their random number tables were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine exfoliation and internal ligation,and the observation group with PPH combined with exfoliation and internal ligation.The operation time,hospitalization time,anal function recovery time and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the hospital stay time and anal function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 86.67%(52/60)in the observation group and 66.67%(40/60)in the control group.The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH combined with external stripping and internal ligation is effective in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids.The patients recover quickly and have fewer complications,which is worth popularizing.
