护士对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的认知现况调查

Investigation on nurses'cognition of dysphagia with stroke

目的调查护士对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的认知现状。方法随机抽取264名护士完成调查问卷。调查护士对吞咽障碍的临床表现、并发症及处理措施的相关知识。结果护士在临床表现、并发症和消化道管理的平均得分为(7.3±2.1)(5.9±1.7)(4.5±1.2),正确率分别为67.8%、61.28%、70.2%。总分平均(18.5±3.7)分。有12名(4.55%)护士参加过正式培训,29人(10.98%)认为自己掌握了关于吞咽障碍的相关知识,243人(92.05%)表示希望进行进一步的正式培训。结论护士对吞咽知识缺乏,应加强这方面的培训,以满足临床的需要。

Objective:To investigate the cognitive status of dysphagia in stroke patients.Methods:264 nurses were randomly selected to complete the questionnaire and nurses'knowledge of clinical manifestations,complications and treatment measures of dysphagia was investigated.Results:The average scores of clinical manifestations,complications and digestive tract management of nurses were(7.3±2.1)(5.9±1.7)(4.5±1.2)and the correct rates were 67.8%,61.28%and 70.2%.The average total score was(18.5±3.7).Twelve nurses(4.55%)had participated in the formal training,29(10.98%)thought they had mastered the relevant knowledge about dysphagia,243(92.05%)said they wanted to have further formal training.Conclusion:Nurses are lacking in knowledge of swallowing,and the training should be strengthened to meet the clinical needs.
