摘要
基于教师的全专业属性概念和大学思政课教师的特殊定位,大学思政课教师全专业属性的概念应包括政治专业、伦理专业、教授专业、跨学科专业和学习专业五大专业属性维度,针对大学思政课教师“半专业属性”带来的问题,大学应从树立思政育人典范、打造思政研究共同体、开发多样化教学模式等路径培养思政课教师“全专业属性”。
Based on the concept of teacher holistic professionalism and the special position of the teachers who teach ideological and political courses in university,the concept of ideological and politi‐cal teacher’s holistic professionalism includes five dimensions:politics,ethics,teaching,interdisci‐plinary and learning professions.According to the various problems caused by ideological and political teacher’s semi-professionalism,university should train the ideological and political teachers’holistic professionalism by establishing the models of ideological and political education,building ideological and political research community,and developing diversified teaching models.
