新时代,我国知识产权行政保护呈现出保护目的定位在加快实现知识产权强国,保护对象覆盖知识产权整个“生命”周期,保护空间涵盖国内与国际、区域与跨区域等多个层次,保护主体涉及党的机关、国家行政机关等多种类型,保护方式具有多元化和服务性,以及与刑事和民事等保护方式联动与互动等新面相。知识产权行政保护所呈现的新面相富含实践特色、理论特色和时代特色,是与创新驱动发展要求相匹配、与强化政府公共服务职能相一致、深刻体现中国特色的知识产权保护制度,表明我国知识产权行政保护在整个国家知识产权治理体系中已经居于中心地位。

The new aspects of intellectual property administrative protection are rich in practical,theoretical and contemporary characteristics.They are in line with the requirements of innovation-driven development,with the strengthening of public service functions of the government,and profoundly reflect the intellectual property protection system with Chinese characteristics,and it shows that the administrative protection of intellectual property rights in China has already occupied the central position in the whole national intellectual property governance system.
