CT对托珠单抗治疗重症危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎疗效的半定量评估

摘要 目的应用CT检查评估托珠单抗治疗重症、危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1~3月阜阳市第二人民医院收治的24例(重型21例、危重型3例)NCP患者的临床资料,将12例仅行基础性治疗的患者作为对照组,另外12例在基础治疗的同时加入托珠单抗治疗的患者作为观察组,比较两组患者住院时与出院时CT改善情况及住院时间的差异。结果观察组患者住院时CT半定量评估为(11.00±1.91)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出院时CT半定量评估为(4.08±2.15)分,低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者住院时和出院时CT半定量评估差值为(6.92±2.43)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均住院时间为(21.33±5.91)d,对照组为(17.50±5.99)d,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论托珠单抗对重型和危重型NCP患者的治疗有初步效果,可为临床用药提供依据。
