摘要
糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)是慢性肾脏病和终末期肾病的主要病因。在过去的几十年里,除了具有显著心血管和肾脏保护作用的新型抗糖尿病药物外,市场上未出现新的直接治疗DN的药物。本文将综述核因子E2相关因子(Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)在DN发病机制中的作用,为DN的预防与治疗提供新路径。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is the main cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.In the past few decades,in addition to new antidiabetic drugs with significant cardiovascular and renal protection,no new drugs for direct treatment of DN have appeared on the market.In this review,we focus on the role of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)in the pathogenesis of DN and provide a new path for the prevention and treatment of DN.
