护理本科生社区老年护理实践模式探索

Exploration of Community Elderly Nursing Practice Mode for College Nursing Undergraduates

目的:以培养应用型高级老年护理专业人才为目的,了解护理本科生对老年护理实践的现状及影响因素,探索护理本科生参与社区老年护理学实践模式。方法:石河子大学2016级132名护理本科生于第五学期在石河子市4所银龄养老院进行为期12天老年护理学实践。每名学生在实践期间对2名老年人进行全程护理,并按照要求填写老年人健康评估单及照护记录。结果:社区老年护理实践活动护生成绩平均分为95.58分,85分以上占97.72%;问卷调查显示分别有100%、99.24%、85.61%的学生"能够配合教师完成老年人的护理服务"、"熟悉老年人的护理特点和需求"、"根据老年人具体情况给出正确的护理诊断",分别有85.61%、79.54%、54.55%的学生表示沟通表达能力、与他人合作能力及独立思考能力得到了锻炼和提高;此外约98.48%护本生增加了对老年群体及养老现状的感性认识,约97.73%的护本生从老年护理服务中获得价值感和自豪感。结论:探索基于养老院的护理本科老年护理实践模式,为护本生开辟了新的实践场所,有利于培养护本生的老年护理综合能力,有益于增强护本生服务社会的责任感,为专业化养老护理队伍的建设打下一定的人才贮备基础。

Objective:For the purpose of training applied senior geriatric nursing professionals,to understand the current situation and influencing factors of nursing undergraduates on geriatric nursing practice,and to explore the practice mode of nursing undergraduates’participation in community geriatric nursing.Methods:In the fifth semester,132 nursing undergraduates of Grade 2016 of Shihezi University conducted a 12-day geriatric nursing practice in four Yinling Nursing Homes of Shihezi City,with a total of 64 class hours.Each student gives full nursing care to 2 elderly people during the practice period,and fill in the health assessment form and care records for the elderly according to the requirements.Results:The average score of nursing students in community nursing practice for the elderly was 95.58,and 97.72%of them were over 85.The questionnaire survey showed that 100%,99.24%and 85.61%of the students were"able to cooperate with teachers to complete nursing services for the elderly","familiar with the nursing characteristics and needs of the elderly"and"give correct nursing diagnosis according to the specific conditions of the elderly".85.61%,79.54%and 54.55%of the students said that their communication and expression skills,cooperation with others and independent thinking ability had been exercised and improved.In addition,about 98.48%of undergraduate nursing students increased their perceptual understanding of the elderly group and the current situation of providing for the aged,and about 97.73%of undergraduate nursing students gained a sense of value and pride from geriatric nursing services.Conclusion:Exploring the nursing practice model of undergraduate nursing for the elderly based on nursing homes has opened up a new practice place for undergraduate nursing students,which is conducive to cultivating the comprehensive ability of nursing students for the elderly and strengthening their sense of responsibility to serve the society.to lay a certain talent reserve foundation for the construction of professional nursing team for the aged.
