在乡村振兴战略背景下,挖掘发展农村文化产业的有效方式成为重要议题。促进民间资本与农村文化产业融合发展是一条兼具创新性与实用性的路径,二者具有融合发展的内在逻辑。尽管现实的融合过程中出现一定的困境,但是从完善落实配套政策、降低投资风险、建立多元融资体系、积极搭建信息交流平台等方面发力,可以推进民间资本与农村文化产业融合发展,进而以农村文化资源的活跃带动农村经济与文化建设。

In the context of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,how to explore effective ways of developing rural cultural industries has become an important issue.To promote the integration and development of private capital and rural cultural industry is an innovative and practical route as there is internal logic between the two.The integration and development will be better promoted by perfecting supporting policies,reducing investment risks,establishing diversified financing systems and building information exchange platforms so that rural economy and cultural construction will be forwarded with the active participation of rural cultural resources.
