新建地方高校课程思政教学体系构建实施途径

目前,新建地方院校师资队伍薄弱,专业课教师思想政治教育能力不强,“课程思政”建设机制尚未形成,缺乏探索创新研究的基础。新建地方高校要完善“课程思政”工程构建的顶层设计与整体规划,注重制度建设与长效机制保障,提升新建地方院校专业教师的思想政治素养和“课程思政”能力,树立地方优势特色的“课程思政”教学案例,着力形成富有地方特色的课程体系和高效教学工作体系。

At present,the teaching staff of newly-built local colleges and universities is weak,the ideological and political ability of teachers of specialized courses is not strong,the construction mechanism of"teaching ideological and political theories in all courses"has not been formed yet,and it lacks the foundation of exploration and innovation research.Newly-built local colleges and universities need to perfect the project construction at the top design and overall planning,attach importance to the system construction and long-term mechanism guarantee,promote the ideological and political quality and professional ability of teachers in new local colleges and universities,set up the teaching cases with local advantages and characteristics,and strive to form the course system with rich local characteristics and efficient teaching system.
