精准体育教学对促进高职学生就业优势的研究——以辽宁职业学院汽车制造与装配专业学生为例

Research on Precision Physical Education to Promote the Employment Advantages of Higher Vocational Students

传统体育教学存在着目标单一、内容陈旧、模式僵化、针对性不强等弊端。精准体育教学是以学生的专业为中心,以“皮之不存、毛将焉附理论”“短板理论”“落差理论”“项群理论”等为支撑,为打造汽车制造与装配专业学生发展与就业竞争力的创新教学方法。基于此,本研究在“以人为本”育人观的引领下,对学生的就业优势进行研究,其目的在于探求有助于促进高职院校体育教学社会实用价值全面提高,实现对广大高职院校学生身心健康素质有效培养和全新发展的路径。

Traditional physical education teaching has many disadvantages,such as single goal,outdated content,rigid model and weak pertinence.Precision physical education centers on students'specialty,supported by the theories of"mutual dependence theory","short plate theory","gap theory"and"group theory",etc.,and innovates teaching methods to promote the development and employment competitiveness of students majoring in automobile manufacturing and assembly.Based on this,under the guidance of the"people-oriented"concept of education,this paper studies the employment advantages of students.The purpose is to explore ways to promote the overall improvement of the social practical value of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and realize the effective cultivation and new development of the physical and mental health quality of students in higher vocational colleges.
