高职院校科研育人实施路径的探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Implementation Path of Education through Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges

在新时代背景下,高职院校要把思想政治工作贯穿于教育教学全过程,在人才培养中要更新育人理念、拓展育人体系,发挥“三全”育人实效。以湖南机电职业技术学院科研育人的探索与实践为例,分析了高职院校科研育人的内涵及现状,探索了高职院校科研育人的实施路径,介绍了科研育人与科研活动、科研育人与学校创文化、科研育人与考核评价相结合的实施情况,旨在为构建高职院校科研育人体系提供更多的方案与思路。

Under the background of the new era,higher vocational colleges should run the ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,update the concept of education,expand the system of education,and give full play to the functions of all staff,whole process and all-round education.Taking the exploration and practice of education through scientific research in Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic as an example,it analyzes the connotation and current situation of education through scientific research practice,explores its implementation path in higher vocational colleges,and introduces the implementation of combining the education with scientific research activities,creative culture,and evaluation,in order to provide more plans and ideas for the construction of education through scientific research system in higher vocational colleges.
