改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术治疗女性轻中度内眦赘皮患者的回顾性研究

Retrospective study of modified L-type epicanthus correction for female patients with mild to moderate epicanthus

目的探究改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术治疗女性轻中度内眦赘皮患者的效果。方法选取我院2018年10月至2019年10月女性轻中度内眦赘皮患者113例,其中56例行横切纵缝内眦赘皮矫正术为对照组,另57例行改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术为试验组,比较2组不同病情程度内眦间距缩短率、术后瘢痕情况(VAS)、美观满意度、复发率。结果2组轻度、重度内眦间距缩短率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组轻度、中度术后瘢痕程度VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组美观满意度96.49%(55/57)高于对照组83.93%(47/56)(P<0.05);试验组复发率1.75%(1/57)低于对照组14.29%(8/56)(P<0.05)。结论改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术应用于女性轻中度内眦赘皮患者,术后瘢痕不明显,可显著提高患者美观满意度,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of modified L-type epicanthus correction for female patients with mild to moderate epicanthus.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,113 female patients with mild to moderate epicanthus were selected.Among them,56 cases underwent cross-cut longitudinal seam epicanthus correction as a control group,and 57 cases underwent modified L-type epicanthus correction for the test group.The rate of shortening of the epicanthus,postoperative scar condition(VAS),aesthetic satisfaction,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the reduction rate of mild and severe epicanthus(P>0.05);the VAS score of mild and moderate postoperative scars in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the aesthetic satisfaction of the test group was 96.49%(55/57)higher than that of the control group 83.93%(47/56)(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the test group was 1.75%(1/57)lower than that in the control group,14.29%(8/56)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified L-type epicanthus correction is applied to female patients with mild to moderate epicanthus.The scars after surgery are not obvious,which can significantly improve patients'aesthetic satisfaction and reduce the recurrence rate.
