玫瑰痤疮(rosacea),又称酒渣,是一种以复发和缓解为特征的慢性皮肤炎症性疾病,也是皮肤科常见的面部损容性疾病。目前,其病因及发病机制仍不明确,对该病诊断及严重程度的评估主要是基于临床表现,没有统一的客观的标准。无创直观的检查技术近年来在皮肤科的应用得到较大的发展,本文主要综述无创辅助检查在玫瑰痤疮的应用进展。

Rosacea is a chronic skin inflammatory disease characterized by recurrence and remission,and is also a common facial cosmetic disease in dermatology.At present,its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.The diagnosis and severity of the disease are mainly based on clinical manifestations,and there is no unified objective standard.In recent years,The application of non-invasive imaging technology in dermatology has been greatly developed.This article mainly reviews the application progress of non-invasive auxiliary examination in rosacea.
